Cyberpresse.ca, Jacques Benoit:
A Bordeaux rouge that has attractive empyreumatic aromas
(toast, tobacco, etc.) thanks to ageing in new oak barrels.
One has the impression of a good lesser Saint-Emilion on the palate,
which has medium body and flavours in keeping with nose,
with soft tannin. Very good.

Wines from Vintages release, February 4, 2012.
Chateau Lamothe blanc 2010 :
The aromatics are impressively intense, and they lead
to an attractive flavour profile that delivers complexity and focus.
It’s medium weight, with good balance
and structure, just a very well made and versatile wine.

Gourmets de France : The golden yellow colour of this
traditional cuvée aged on its lees is brilliant and clear.
The nose is fruity (citrus and passion fruit) with beautiful complexity.
The fruity flavours explode on the palate, which has great body
and an aftertaste that goes on and on. Best served at 10°C with
baked or steamed fish."

Cuvée Valentine blanc 2009
"Made predominantly with Sauvigon blanc and touch of Muscadelle,
and aged in barrel. Round and buttery, with hints of vanilla.
Best enjoyed in a year or two for the wine to soften, but already very
enjoyable and round, for instance with tarragon chicken" Guide Hachette.
"One of the great successes of the vintage amd smoky overtones.
Straightforward and smooth on the palate, which faithfully reflects
the aromatics on the nose. Beautifully vivacious." 17/20 ( meilleure note).
